Light curing adhesive has high bond strength

Master Bond UV10FL-1 is a unique UV cure adhesive offering an exceptional high strength profile and the ability to cure in thick sections. The bond strength is equal to or exceeds those obtained from conventional room temperature curing epoxy compositions. It has a tensile strength of 2,850 psi, and a tensile modulus of 154,000 psi. Yet it remains a flexible adhesive with elongation at break of 43 percent.

Protect your screw heads

Instant sticky solution

Shock pulse transducers and vibration accelerometers for condition monitoring are usually affixed to machines with a male thread. However there are occasions when this is just impossible. The way around this is to affix these transducers by spot facing the machine and adhering them to the required area with an instant curing adhesive. Eurobond Adhesives' Cyanolit 403TB is a black, rubber toughened instant adhesive designed specifically for this typical application, resisting shock and vibration.

Assembly sealant offers higher tensile strength

Loctite goes for speed and depth

Loctite 5610 is a new two-part, fast curing silicone adhesive designed for bonding glass, metals, ceramics and most plastics and elastomers. In many cases, there is no need for surface preparation. It provides excellent hot strength up to 180degC, yet has the capability of resisting higher temperatures of up to 250degC for short term exposure.
