Increased welding productivity
The Kemppi Arc System is welding data analysis software that increases welding productivity by using precise data analysis, exactly the same way as F1 teams get their race cars to run faster and more reliably. enables manufacturing management, QA, R&D, welding engineers, supervisors and production personnel to accurately collect data, transfer the data wirelessly from individual machines and analyse the welding productivity and weld quality levels, in clear, meaningful and easy to read graphical reports for their manual welding operations.
Aall the latest Kemppi MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA welding machines are digitally controlled and internal signals within each machine can be monitored using a dedicated data collection device attached to the machine. Once welding starts, detailed information on actual data is continuously stored in the machine's memory, including welding arc time and thereby duty cycles plus welding currents (A), voltages (V), wire feed speeds (m/min), filler material identification and consumption (kg), as well as maintenance requirements.
