Washer faced wing screws allow easy assembly
Suitable for all sectors of industry, the washer faced wing screws from Blte make your assembly easier: the moulded washer removes the need for a separate washer and reduces assembly time. The screws allow finger tightening (no tools are required), and provide even load distribution and surface protection thanks to the moulded washer. The company says the are ideal for applications where security and rapid, easy access are required.
The washer faced wing screws are available in M5, M6, M8 and M10 versions in lengths from 6 to 130mm, and in M12 versions in lengths from 10 to 130mm. The thickness of the washer is 1.7mm, and its diameter is 21mm. The standard material is polyamide (Nylon) which is resistant to various chemical products, and has excellent mechanical properties including wear resistance, low friction coefficient, high melting point and good impact resistance. Other materials are available on request, such as PP, PE and PVDF. The standard colour is natural, but a wide choice of colours is possible.
