VHS Hydraulic Components supplies integrated system for the construction industry
VHS Hydraulic Components has delivered an innovative solution for the construction industry, integrating a Bosch Rexroth M4-15/M4-12 Combo Valve with a customised Scanreco Radio Remote Control System for a piling mast conversion to be mounted on a 30t Excavator as an attachment.
The Bosch Rexroth M4 Valve comprises of a combination of 2 x M4-15 and 7 x M4-12 working sections, utilising a fixed inlet flow of 300L/min at 300 BAR. Each working section of the valve is complete with electro-hydraulic proportional solenoids and LS A&B relief valves. The addition of a proportional LS relief valve equipped on the second working section allows the working pressure for this service to be remotely adjusted during operation.
VHS Hydraulic Components has paired the valve with a customised Scanreco RC400 G2B Radio Remote Control System with a Maxi handset and bespoke programming and switches, allowing the operator comprehensive and accurate control of the piling mast at a safe distance.
