VHS Hydraulic Components acquires Nielson Hydraulics
VHS Hydraulic Components, which specialises in producing power packs and supplying a vast range of hydraulic components, has strengthened its position in the UK hydraulic market with the recent acquisition of Neilson Hydraulics, which is also based in the city in close proximity to the Advanced Manufacturing Park.
The acquisition of Neilson Hydraulics is seen as a large step forward in the group’s growth plan, adding some of the industry’s top brands to the group’s portfolio and complimented well with the technical backup from Neilson Hydraulics. Given the extra facilities within the group, VHS Hydraulic Components is now able to offer customers full in-house cylinder production and modification, along with industrial electronics (drives and controls) and full system design.
