Standards-specified materials testing instrumentation partnership launched in UK
Erichsen, manufacturer of precision materials testing equipment, has strengthened its sales presence and local customer support in the UK by selecting leading adhesives, dispensing automation, and materials testing supplier Intertronics as a new distribution partner for its sheet metal testing, surface testing, corrosion testing, and materials testing products.
The German manufacturer appointed Intertronics as its distributor in the UK based on the latter's experience of working with manufacturing companies on technically demanding adhesive bonding, dispensing, and surface testing applications.
Industry-wide and OEM-specific standards across coating applications, automotive, packaging, and other sectors, specify tests that can be completed with Erichsen instruments. The agreement gives UK manufacturers easier access to Erichsen testing equipment to support qualification, quality control, and product development activities.
