Springs now offered in 316 stainless
Lee Spring's stock spring product listing has grown by almost 50 percent over the past two years. Its latest 160 page stock spring catalogue features 5000 new products and lists 15,400 different types of spring. A new range of Lite Pressure compression springs as well as continuous length and battery spring products have been added to the catalogue. In addition, many stock springs are now available in 316 stainless steel.
Springs manufactured in 316 stainless steel present several advantages over 302 stainless which have until now been the standard offering. Corrosion resistance is greater, especially in chloride environments. Purity levels are higher and therefore colour is more consistent.
