Panel PC suits industrial tasks
With its powerful 1.86GHz Intel Mobile processor, the new Simatic Panel PC 577B from Siemens Automation and Drives provides outstanding computing power for industrial applications. The panel, which is only 14cm deep, has a main memory of 512Mb, expandable to up to 4Gb.
The diverse basic features of the Simatic Panel PC 577B include an 80Gb hard disk, two Ethernet interfaces, a DVD burner, one USB interface on the front and four on the back, and two PCI extension slots. The touchscreen display is available in sizes 12, 15 and 19in. The panel PC is protected to IP 65/NEMA4.
