Panasonic Industry Europe and Panasonic Electric Works merge

Panasonic Industry Europe (PIEU) and Panasonic Electric Works Europe (PEWEU) have merged to create stronger business partner for customers, with united product and service portfolios.

The strategic corporate re-organisation will strengthen the position of Pansonic Industry Europe in the market and will create an even stronger business partner for its customers. All customers will benefit from the combined experience and high-quality capabilities as well as from the unified portfolios of products and services.

With the concluded merger entry into the commercial register, all commercial agreements and similar legal relationships of PEWEU are fully and automatically transferred to PIEU.
