New speaker at MachineBuilding.North - Driving growth into machinery development across the North of England and beyond

The Advanced Machinery and Productivity Institute (AMPI) started out in 2021 as an industry-defined initiative to stimulate and support rapid growth of the UK's machinery manufacturing sector. Since then it has enabled more than 50 formal collaborations, removed barriers to vital innovation funding for SMEs with over 8 million funding provided to SMEs for industry-led projects and created over 30 employment opportunities.

In his session from 13:30 to 13:50, Dan will be exploring the latest trends and opportunities in the UK's advanced machinery sector, discuss the insights gained from its 'Strength in Places Fund' pilot programme and what's in store for AMPI's future, and share details of its Innovation for Machinery funding scheme.
