Magnetic lock with indication
Magne from Jokab Safety is a magnetic lock that is suitable for industrial applications and that can withstand demanding conditions. It can electrically keep a door closed against a force of up to 1500N. When the current is switched off, no magnetic material remains sticking to the magnetic surface. Moreover, there is no current surge when engaging.
Magne has no moving parts and is prepared for use with Eden non-contact safety sensors to protect against dangerous machine movements. Using M12 connectors, it is easy to connect several Magne units and Eden sensors in series.
