Limited space and high cabling density often make sensor/actuator cabling difficult. Cabling effort is reduced by tool-free connection technology. M12 push-pull features a secure connection that is achieved by simply plugging it in. The fast-locking standardised in accordance with IEC 61076-2-010 is now also available in M12 distributor boxes.

This reduces installation times by up to 80 percent compared to screw connections. The duo contour of the M12 thread enables the connection of classic M12 screw connectors or innovative M12 push-pull connectors.

The product range includes plastic boxes with four, six, and eight ports for single and double occupancy, with and without LEDs. In addition, the portfolio offers versions with preassembled master cable connection, M23 plug-in connection, or a plug-in hood connection for self-assembly. With the aid of snap-in locking, the connector hood is mounted on the header without any screws. Locking clips ensure a secure hold. The connector hood can also be released without tools if replacement is necessary. The conductor connection of the master cable is also implemented without tools using PCB terminal blocks with Push-in Technology. A fixed and plug-in Push-in connection is available.

The M12 push-pull distributor boxes not only offer time-saving installation, their tested safety and durability also ensure reliable use. They are shock- and vibration-resistant and certified in accordance with IP65 and IP67 degree of protection.
