Low cost alternative to squeeze bottles and hand syringes
The new Ultra 870 dispenser makes it easy to apply controlled beads of adhesives and sealants, fill cavities with epoxy, and apply other assembly fluids "by eye" when a timed shot is not required. Typical applications include solvent bonding, sealing housings with beads of RTV silicone, and potting electronic components with epoxy. Unlike squeeze bottles, hand syringes and other manual applicators, the Ultra 870 uses controlled air pressure to apply material at a uniform rate without straining or repetitive hand motions.
The 0-100psi pressure regulator provides the versatility to handle fluids ranging from watery solvents to adhesives to thick greases and brazing pastes. Fluid is contained in a disposable syringe barrel connected to the dispensing unit by lightweight tubing. To apply material, the user holds the syringe like a pencil, places the tip in position, and controls the flow with a foot pedal.
