Locks, latches and hinges for enclosures
Elesa's range of locks, latches, hinges and associated hardware provides a valuable package of enclosure oriented components for the panel builder and specialist equipment manufacturer alike, who need to deal with door and inspection panel closure or similar. Plastic, steel and stainless steel latches are available in quarter turn, T handle and swinghandle formats with variants incorporating recessed key, conventional key and safety key locking. They include IP65 protection class and UL-94 VO self-extinguish certified models and may be associated with plastic, die cast, aluminium and stainless steel hinges for guarding, closure of access doors and machine building.
Elesa hinges are suitable for doors, lids, access panels on cases, cabinets and enclosures in both lift-off and fixed types with features such as detent (position and hold), friction, lift-off, self-aligning, micro-switch and tamper-proof options.
For light and medium duty closure applications, the Elesa AISI 304 stainless steel and zinc plated latching toggle clamps provide a range of clamping loads from 400N up to 2000N and include locking options for enhanced security. They are especially useful to provide positive closure for cases, lids and covers where their gasket pull down characteristic aids sealing.
