Achieving instantly reliable proximity sensing is simple with the single-click installation of the Sick IQG sensor. With its one-second mount and 40x40mm cubic construction, the IQG is an all-purpose and cost-effective inductive sensor that is easy-to-switch in countless automation, conveying and materials handling applications.
The IQG delivers adaptable, flexible and robust presence sensing even in harsh environments, with a rugged IP68 /IP69K enclosure rating. The push-lock sensor head can be rotated in five different directions to ensure the best signal, and its four corner LEDs mean the sensor status can be viewed easily from all directions. Because of its bi-directional braking function, it cannot be mounted incorrectly.
