Instant cure adhesives
New from Master Bond is a high strength 'instant cure' cyanoacrylate adhesive called MB297. In addition to high strength bonds as high as 2800psi in shear, it provides better general resistance to effects of extreme humidity.
MB297 is supplied as a viscous liquid adhesive with a viscosity of 2000-2400cps (at 20degC). Its appearance is colourless. Its service operating temperature range is from -55degC to +85degC. The cures are moisture activated and bonds are almost instantaneously formed. The adhesive creates excellent bonds to metals, ceramics, plastics and elastomers.
