Industry 4.0 services from Lenze for asset management

“As a machine builder, you can keep track of when components are being changed, and you always have the right information and documentation for your components,” says Neujahr. “This means if there is ever a problem with the machine, the service technician has all the information to hand in a single location, saving considerable time.
Allawalla adds: “When you combine this with ticket management, it is even more useful. Customers can request help 21/7 at the click of a button, and service technicans have a single tool to provide all of the overview they need, regardless of contact channel.” Tickets can be created manually, or the machine can create a ticket automatically without the need for human intervention.
