Igus introduces e-skin for clean applications in small spaces
The Igus e-skin is a modular corrugated tube developed for use as a flat cable guidance system for cleanrooms. These energy chains supply cleanroom machines with data, media and energy. The zipper design is easy to open and close making cable installation simple. The e-skin chain comes in three different types and various sizes.
Other possible applications include short unsupported applications, pick and place units, printers and semiconductor production lines.
