High cycle range of shock absorbers
Ace Controls has launched its new High Cycle range of shock absorbers for high speed production equipment. There are three self-compensating models of miniature shock absorbers in the range the SC-190 HC, 300 HC and 650 HC all offering a quick time through stroke and rapid repeat strokes. Effective weights of of the HC family range from 2 to 6350kg and each shock absorber has an integral mechanical stop built into the front of the units.
The short stroke and quick rod-ready time of these units translates to faster cycling and gains in production time, making them ideal for packaging industry equipment and rotary actuators. Additional applications include slides, small and medium robotics, machine tools, and pick and place operations.
