Harsh conditions no problem for push-in fittings

Hostile working environments where strong vibrations, abrasions and welding sparks are the norm, require heavy duty, robust fittings. The Parkair brass nickel-plated push-in fittings offer such features, being widely used in the robotics, automotive welding, heavy industry, railway, compressed air circuit, and vacuum industries. Durable brass material with NBR seals and stainless steel gripping teeth, the design features a double O-ring for better swivel.

The nickel plated push-in fitting is suitable for air at a working pressure of 0–210 psi (0–15 bar) and compatible with PU, PTFE, FEP, PE and PA tubing materials. The work-ing temperature range is -20ºC to +80ºC.

Also from Parkair is a 316L stainless steel push-in fitting, which is ideal for the more demanding appli-cations where corrosive environments are a factor. A high grade 316L stainless steel, it can be used with food, medical and chem-ical applications, and extreme hot or cold conditions. The fittings are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001:2008, RoHS, and CE. Suitable for air, water and oil, the working pressure is 0–225 psi (0–15 bar). With a versatile working temperature, the range -15ºC to +220ºC is compatible with PTFE, FEP, PU, PE, PA and PVDF tubing materials.
