Festo introduces Official Partner network
Festo has completely reviewed its distribution network to offer customers an even more comprehensive and responsive service. The Festo Official Partner network will ensure that customers can not only access the full Festo product portfolio, but will also receive consistently high levels of technical knowledge and support wherever they may be located.
Steve Land, indirect channel sales manager for Festo, explains: “In order to complement our direct sales operations, we have taken the strategic decision to only work with partners who live up to the requirements that customers place on Festo as a performance leader. Our official partners have been selected because they can provide a combination of expert service and in-depth product knowledge, as well as demonstrating their commitment to Festo standards and values.”
