Engineering smarter, more sustainable farming

Parker Hannifin will showcase how integrated engineering can drive smarter, more sustainable farming at AGRITECHNICA 2025. Visitors will discover how the company's latest system solutions bring together electrification, digital control, hydraulics and filtration to simplify machine design, cut emissions and deliver reliable, cost-efficient performance.

A highlight of the showcase will be the debut of the VA130 Mobile Directional Control Valve, a compact and configurable solution supporting hydraulic, electrohydraulic, and optional manual actuation. With its load-sensing design and manifold integration, it is engineered to deliver best-in-class energy efficiency, modularity, and control for agricultural machinery.

Agriculture today is under intense pressure. Farmers face rising regulatory demands, unpredictable weather conditions as well as resource constraints, and labour challenges. At the same time, the industry faces the dual challenge of increasing productivity while reducing its environmental impact. Emerging technologies in digitalisation, automation, and electrification are key enablers.

"Our customers are facing regulatory shifts, cost pressures, and growing demand for automation," said Nicolas Michotte, EMEA Market Sales Leader for Mobile and Agriculture at Parker Hannifin. "With complete system solutions like the VA130 valve and our advanced Steer-by-Wire technologies, Parker helps OEMs simplify machine architecture, reduce risk, and deliver measurable performance gains in the field."

Visitors to the booth can also explore the Clean Tech Wall, a large-scale display showing how Parker's products work together as complete system solutions. By mapping components into a single system schematic, the wall illustrates Parker's integrated approach to efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in agricultural machinery.

The company will also present its Steer-by-Wire system with the Mini-Tactile Feedback Device (Mini-TFD), an advanced operator interface that improves responsiveness and safety, underscoring Parker's leadership in automated and electrified agriculture.

The booth will further feature Parker's hydraulics suite, including the new F10-008 motor offering highest efficiency and speed capability for optimal seeding performance throughout seeder lifetime. It is now also offered with a bolt-on fan control manifold for precise seeding control and as a compact plug and play solution. Also on display will be the TE Series Small Frame Torqmotor, a light-duty motor that delivers dependable performance for compact equipment.
