Enclosures for the food industry
OEM Automatic is able to offer a wide range of enclosure solutions from Ensto for use in harsh environments including applications in the food and agriculture industries. The Ensto production units are located in Finland and Estonia and utilise the latest robot technology.
Automatic robotic cells are used for customising thermoplastic enclosures and manufacturing steel enclosures. The sheet steel bending cells provide flexible dimensioning without tool changes and laser cutting technology allows freely customised shapes without long set up times.
Thermoplastic boxes are produced using a modular tooling structure allowing cost efficient mould modifications on any side of the enclosure. Material choice includes thermoplastic, polyester, steel, stainless steel and aluminium with special materials available upon request. Ingress protection is IP66/67 as standard although it is possible to achieve IP69K if required.
