DIN-rail DC:DC converters offer wide range of input and output voltage options
PULS offers a wide range of efficient and reliable DC:DC converters which provide regulated DC output voltages of 12 V, 24 V or 48 V from a wide range of DC inputs.
An efficient DC:DC converter can do more than just adjust voltages. It can contribute to system reliability and increase endurance in the event of voltage fluctuations. The compact design of PULS DC:DC converters allow installation in standard decentralised on-machine cabinets and saves space on a DIN-rail, making room for addition control and monitoring products.

In addition to industrial, machine building and smart factories, versions are available for use in railway, medical, hazardous locations, marine, semiconductor and DeviceNet systems. DC power systems are also increasingly being used in Datacentres which use a telecoms standard 48VDC bus. DC system architecture is simpler than using an AC system and offers space savings.
Standard input voltage ranges of 12VDC, 24VDC and 48VDC are supplemented by higher voltage options of 96-100 VDC, 110:150 VDC, 110- 300VDC and 600 VDC are available for renewable energy applications. Output voltages are available from 5VDC to 56VDC with power levels from 100W to 500W over an operating temperature range of -40degC to 70degC, depending on model. A three-phase product is available as well as a version with an integrated decoupling function.
All PULS DC:DC Converters feature a "DC OK" signal and a range of connection options such as spring clamps, screw terminal, and plug connectors. Conformal coating may be specified for installation in harsh environments.
