Delta showcases D-Bot collaborative robot at MECSPE 2025

The D-Bot has been recognised with two prestigious awards: the "Red Dot: Best of the Best" Design Award 2024 and the 2025 German Design Award in the category of Excellent Product Design, solidifying Delta's reputation for cutting-edge innovation and superior design in automation technology.

Delta's D-Bot series introduces a lineup of collaborative robots equipped with six-axis articulation, payload capacities ranging from 6 kg to 30 kg, and a maximum reach of up to 1,800 mm. Designed for high-speed and precise operations, the D-Bot achieves movement speeds of up to 200 degrees per second, with an accuracy of +/-0.02mm, ensuring optimal performance in various industrial applications.

The D-Bot includes advanced safety features compliant with Pld Cat. 3 / SIL 3 standards, which ensure secure operations through real-time monitoring of position, speed, and torque limits. Additionally, the innovative Reflex Safety Technology detects contact instantaneously and reverses movement to prevent accidents, enhancing workplace safety.

The robot also offers Plug and Play integration, providing easy deployment with an intuitive programming interface that supports drag and drop programming, Python, ROS 1, and C++. With multi-protocol compatibility, the D-Bot seamlessly connects via EtherCAT, CAN Bus, IO Link, and Modbus, enabling smooth integration into smart factory environments. Its robust design, with IP66-rated protection against dust and water, ensures durability even in demanding industrial settings.

The D-Bot is designed to cater to a variety of industries, including automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and logistics, with applications such as pick and place, palletising, machine tending, and welding. The D-Bot's rapid deployment capabilities allow setup in under two hours, making it ideal for dynamic production environments.
