Compact, configurable safety light curtains
Norstat now offers the ReeR Safety SAFEREADY family of Light Curtains. These new light curtains are designed to meet the most advanced needs of modern industrial automation.
The SAFEREADY SERIES offer the highest level of operator protection while also providing ease of integration, configuration and safety management in increasingly compact, flexible and reconfigurable systems. One of the distinctive features of SafeReady is the total absence of blind zone on both sides of the barrier.
Alignment between the transmitter and receiver is facilitated by four high-brightness front LEDs, drastically reducing installation and maintenance times and Plus models can be configured and monitored via Bluetooth using a dedicated app.
The SAFEREADY utilises a compact, yet extremely robust powder-coated aluminium body that ensures high resistance to shock and vibration. With protected heights of up to 2 m and ranges of up to 18 m SAFEREADY is suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications. It carries IP65 and IP67 protection ratings and can operate in temperature ranges from -30 to +55 degC making it suitable even for refrigerated environments or harsh operating conditions.
