TFC acquires Engineering Services Fasteners

Engineering Services Fasteners (ESF), which was acquired by TFC in November, has now been integrated into the TFC Group, becoming the UK's Northern centre for quality industrial threaded fasteners. TFC Engineering Services (ESF) is based in Keighley, Yorkshire, just north of the M62 corridor which connects the North West and North East of England, and specialises in the supply of quality industrial threaded fasteners. This move now means that TFC can offer its customers National fastener logistics coverage. TFC are now able to offer their full range of Direct Line Feed and Vendor Managed services locally to customers in the North.

New identity for gas springs manufacturer

Following its sale, Arvin Motion Control - the UK designers and manufacturers of Camloc Gas Springs and Dampers - has changed its name to Camloc Motion Control, in line with the well-known brand of its long-established, trusted product range. The new corporate identity marks the end of a successful year for the business, with turnover increasing by nearly 50%, and more recently the sale of the business to a privately owned company, based in the United States, following its separation from Meritor.

Specialised Fastener Products joins the TFC Group

TFC Europe, a leading supplier of technical fastener components to industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Specialised Fastener Products (SFP). Based in Colchester, Essex, SFP was established in 1989 by Paul and Sindy Jepp. Their focus was to provide threaded fastener technology to manufacturing by providing a complete design and application service for three main product ranges; sheet metal fasteners, electronic hardware, and threaded inserts for plastics, timber and metal.
