Compression latch delivers compression of 10-12mm

The Dirak 1-081SL Compression Latch offers a compression range of up to 12mm, significantly greater than other compression latches on the market today, says the company. The compression range can be modified depending on the length of the cam. Standard cam heights are 22 and 28mm with other cams available upon request.

ThreeBond has announced the general release of its TB1133E next generation anaerobic gasket. Building on the benefit of anaerobics to be dispensed and then permit component placement at leisure, TB1133E offers enhanced vibration tolerance and user-friendly characteristics. Torque multiplier gives accurate subsea actuation

Rivet nut setting tool is a force to be reckoned with

Bollhoff Fastenings has announced the introduction of a new pneumatic setting tool, to a market where many millions of blind rivet nuts are being used to place a reinforced thread into sheet metals, profiles and hollow sections. Now using automatic force-control when 'pulling-up' the fastener from one side of the workpiece, the new design employs a pressure sensitivity on the tool stoke, in order to ensure a totally consistent setting, even when faced with a variable material thickness.
