Cable carriers in compact sizes for smaller installation spaces

Kabelschelpp Metool has added two new cable carriers to its product ranges with compact sizes for small installation spaces – the UNIFLEX Advanced 1250 and the QuickTrax/EasyTrax 0250.

With the UA1250, Kabelschlepp Metool says the UNIFLEX Advanced series now covers all sizes of the previous series, while being sturdier than the previous model and providing a drop-in replacement without the need for any changes to the machine. In contrast to the previous models, the cable carrier can now also be used in circular movements. The company says this cable carrier is ideal for use in the likes of hydraulic lifts or industrial trucks.

The Easytrax and Quicktrax are designed to be opened quickly, reducing repair and maintenance costs. EasyTrax allows for extremely fast cable installation by simply pressing cables and hoses into the flexible lamella crossbars. QuickTrax cable carriers are equipped with two-component crossbars with flexible film hinges, which open with a very light press on the unlocking mechanism. This makes installing and replacing cables and hoses particularly easy. Areas of application are in printing industry, material handling, automation and the packaging industry.
