Brushless motors reach up to 40,000rpm
High-speed brushless motors from Fulling have diameters of 27 and 49mm. The Fullmax motors, now part of the Fulling Motor BLDC motor range, was demonstrated at Southern Manufacturing 2016 by Delta Line.
The company says the motors have been designed in response to customers, for efficient, brushless motors in a small frame size. Torque is up to 4.5Nm and the motors reach speeds up to 40,000rpm. They have a magnetic circuit, class H winding insulation and bipolar construction with 24 and 320V supply voltages. Just as for the other products in the range, Fulling offers flexibility with shafts upon request, windings that are specific to requirements, cables and connectors and many other options.
