BLDC low voltage motors deliver reliability and performance
Ever Motion Solutions has unveiled a new brushless DC motor range: the BLDC Low Voltage Line, designed for low-voltage operating cycles (between 24 and 96V DC). These new motors are engineered to optimise performance, increasing efficiency and reducing energy consumption in line with green industry guidelines.
The company says a key advantage of this new range of brushless motors is their versatility, enabling effortless integration across diverse sectors such as industrial automation, intralogistics, medical and HVAC.
Other advantages include a compact design, which makes the motors easy to install, as well as high durability to ensure a reduction in maintenance. The motors offer the precision required for accurate movements during work cycles thanks to high torque at low speeds. And the low voltage design makes these motors ideal for safety environments where there are high voltage restrictions.
The motors are available with an integrated drive or ready to be paired with Ever's brushless DC drives. There is also extensive customisation potential, with each component able to be configured to suit any specific need.
