SCHURTER expands its fuse portfolio with the new ARO inline fuse, a powerful protection solution for modern high-voltage applications. As a space-saving inline design, ARO integrates seamlessly into charging cables, connectors and other cable systems while meeting the highest international safety standards.
The ARO series is engineered for demanding AC applications and supports rated voltages up to 250 VAC and rated currents of 16 A, 32 A and 63 A, with additional variants available on request. With a high breaking capacity of 50 kA, it ensures reliable protection even under extreme conditions. Its ceramic housing and silver-plated copper alloy terminals provide excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength and long-lasting contact performance.
The ARO inline fuse complies with international product standards including IEC 60269-4, UL 248-13 and GB/T 13539.4, and holds CCC certification. It is also CE-, RoHS-, China RoHS- and REACH-compliant, enabling safe and globally compliant use in high-voltage applications.
SCHURTER says the ARO fuse is ideal for EV charging cables and connectors as well as for circuit protection, vehicle accessory lighting, power generation and transmission, and telecommunications systems. Its compact inline form factor allows for easy integration into existing designs.
