Acquisition for William Hughes
William Hughes has taken over the spring and wireform business of Baumann Springs and Pressings, transferring machinery and production of the Baumann range to its own manufacturing facilities in the UK and Bulgaria.
Baumann's product range is broadly similar to that of William Hughes, which comprises a wide range of compression, tension and torsion springs, and wire forming - including simple and complex 2D and 3D wire forms, print circuit test points and terminals, and specialist wire sales.

Customers of Baumann will benefit from a wealth of knowledge and experience gained by William Hughes over 200 years of spring manufacture.
