Accurate, consistent application of cyanoacrylate or super glue makes the Ultra 2415 dispensing workstation an efficient, cost-effective alternative to squeeze bottles, hand syringes and other manual applicators. By dispensing the same amount of adhesive every time, the 2415 eliminates costly rework and cuts adhesive use by an average of 50 percent.
The Ultra 2415 eliminates variations in the amount of cyanoacrylate applied by using a precisely timed air pulse instead of guesswork to determine how much material is dispensed. For greater control of thin fluids, the system has a 0-15psi (0-1bar) pressure regulator instead of the standard 0-100psi. It also uses a micro-processor based digital timer with four decimal places for exceptional control of deposit size. Other features include simultaneous digital display of all dispensing parameters (including air pressure, shot count, dispense time and vacuum) and a convenient "teach" function that simplifies initial setup.
For companies manufacturing worldwide, the workstation can be programmed on-site in nine languages, provides automatic voltage conversion, and includes power adapters.
