Accu celebrates award for lead engineer

Patrick was nominated for the Top 30 under 30s as he has made an outstanding impact at Accu, as Antony Kitson, Chairman of Accu, explains: "Since he joined the business, Patrick has demonstrated technical excellence, leadership and a passion for engineering that inspires the entire business.

Earning a place on this list is no small feat - the awards receive hundreds of nominations from individuals who are not only excelling in their roles but also making a real impact in their wider industries.

As a result of his achievement, Patrick will now embark on a year-long development programme designed to sharpen his leadership skills and take his career to the next level, through the LEAP Programme. Delivered by leading business coaches, the programme helps young talent transition from good operators to effective managers and inspiring leaders.
