Patrick Faulkner, Lead Engineer at precision engineering component distributor Accu, based in Huddersfield, has been recognised as one of Leeds and West Yorkshire's Top 30 Under 30s for 2025.
This prestigious award is testament to Patrick's dedication, expertise and contribution to precision engineering.
Patrick was nominated for the Top 30 under 30s as he has made an outstanding impact at Accu, as Antony Kitson, Chairman of Accu, explains: "Since he joined the business, Patrick has demonstrated technical excellence, leadership and a passion for engineering that inspires the entire business.

As a result of his achievement, Patrick will now embark on a year-long development programme designed to sharpen his leadership skills and take his career to the next level, through the LEAP Programme. Delivered by leading business coaches, the programme helps young talent transition from good operators to effective managers and inspiring leaders.
