3-phase power supply delivers 3200W at 48V
TDK Corporation has added a 3,200W, 48V at 66.7A rated model to its TPS3000 series of industrial power supplies. Capable of operating from a 350-528V AC three phase input in a Delta or Wye configuration, the TPS3000-48 avoids the need for step down transformers that traditional 208/230V AC input power supplies require. In addition, phase current balancing is simplified.
The TPS3000 has an impressive range of programming, monitoring and control signals. These include isolated AC Fail, DC Good and dropped-phase signals, remote on/off and remote sense functions and a 12V 0.3A standby supply. The PMBus communications interface allows remote monitoring of the output voltage, output current, internal temperature, status signals and fan speed. In addition, the output voltage, over current limit and remote on/off can be programmed via PMBus.
